At Garage Bougie we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review the following policy to understand how our shipping process works.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
- High Volume: During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may increase slightly. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
- Custom Orders: For personalized or made-to-order items, please allow an additional 2 days for production.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages and Lost Packages
Garage Bougie is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to help.
- Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and contact your local post office.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.
